Likely authorized by Alfred Bolliger in 2000, consistent with the program release date.
But this more recent download post was a Copyright Distribution Violation:

Illegal because neither Alfred Bolliger nor his authorized publisher, warecentral.com, provided that copy to PC World.

I do not wish people to distribute or even use any illegal software, I am just a bit paranoid about where I download files from.
